They are gathering peoples' and organizations' ideas and wishes about banning single use plastic. The good thing is there is lots of room for text and can also talk about the problems for example of replacing the free single use plastic with just another plastic bag that is purchased for a small amount of money and is thicker and from evidence in other places still ends up in landfill.
