At Rahamim we nurture and regenerate our land using holistic management practices such as permaculture and biodynamics. This means we can produce plentiful nutritious food all year round without the use of nasty chemicals.

We’re amid a frosty winter in Bathurst and our produce is trooping through the cold and flourishing beautifully! Seasonal lettuce, broccoli, spinach, and garlic are all doing well and will be ready to harvest in a month or so.

We’ve also filled out the green house with seedlings to prepare for a prosperous spring with plenty of spinach greens, chives, coriander, yarrow, and chilli. We use this produce for our on and off site catering, and any surplus will be sold to our local wholefood co-operative.
