Cauliflower Dip


One of the delicious side dishes prepared by Alicia at the Rainforest Retreat held in Cairns this week. Very easy, vegan, light and healthy with just a touch of spice. 


  • 1 whole organic cauliflower - steamed

  • 1/2 cup macadamias

  • 2 tbsp tahini

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Pinch cumin

  • Pinch paprika

  • Pinch tumeric

  • Dash of sea salt and black pepper


Step 1
Throw all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.

Step 2
Taste and add more seasoning as you like it. Add a little water to thin if needed

Step 3

Serve with sliced veggies, olives and crackers or even as a side dish with a main meal
